About the High Commission of Canada in Pakistan
The Canadian High Commission in Islamabad is Canada’s resident diplomatic and consular mission in Pakistan.
Canada and Pakistan established diplomatic relations in 1947, shortly after Pakistan became independent. The relationship includes trade, development cooperation, climate resilience, regional security and strong people-to-people ties.
Canada also maintains a separate Consulate in Lahore.

Canadian passport applicants can book an appointment to present their documents in person. Passport fees should be paid online before attending.

Eligible paper applications for proof of Canadian citizenship can be mailed to the High Commission or deposited in the mission’s Mail Room drop box.

Selected notarial services are available by appointment, including certifying true copies, witnessing signatures and certain document authentication services.
