The Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Toronto is one of Serbia’s principal consular offices in Canada. It provides formal consular services for Serbian citizens and other applicants from its office in Toronto.

Book an appointment at the Serbian Consulate General

The Consulate General states that appointments for visits to its Consular Section must be booked exclusively through Serbia’s official electronic appointment system. Appointments cannot be scheduled by telephone or by emailing the consulate.

Applicants should arrive no later than five minutes before their scheduled appointment. If an appointment cannot be kept, the consulate asks applicants to cancel it through the same system in advance.

Not every consular procedure requires a personal visit. The consulate states that personal attendance is specifically required for certain procedures, including biometric passport applications, some inheritance declarations, signature certification and obtaining a QR code for access to Serbia’s eGovernment portal.
