About the Embassy of Canada to France

Passport services

Adult and child passport applications can normally be submitted by registered or traceable mail or left in the embassy’s Consular Services drop box. In-person appointments are required for certain specialized or temporary passport services.

Citizenship services

Eligible paper applications for proof of Canadian citizenship can be mailed to the embassy or deposited in the Consular Services drop box during published weekday hours.

Notarial services

Most adult and child passport applications do not need to be submitted in person at the embassy. Applicants can send a complete application by registered or traceable mail or use the Consular Services drop box.
