Consular services are currently available by appointment Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The consular section is closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Appointment required: Notarial and other in-person consular services require an appointment. The embassy states that clients cannot be admitted for notarial services without one.
