The Canadian Embassy in Seoul is Canada’s resident diplomatic mission in the Republic of Korea.

Consular services are currently available by appointment Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Apply by mail

Use the drop-off box

Complete passport applications can be placed in the embassy drop-off box at reception during business hours.

Apply in person

Book an appointment online before presenting your passport application documents in person at the embassy.

Processing time: The embassy currently states a processing time of 20 business days from the date a complete application and all required supporting documents are received.

Payment: Passport fees must be paid online. Include a copy of the online payment receipt with your application.
