Routine Canadian passport applications are normally submitted by registered or traceable mail or through the Consular Services drop box at Canada House.
Apply by mail
Complete the passport application, include all required documents and a copy of the online payment receipt, and send the package by registered or traceable mail to the Passport Services section at Canada House.
Use the drop box
Completed passport applications can also be placed in the Consular Services drop box inside the Cockspur Street entrance of Canada House during the published drop-box hours.
Payment: Passport fees must be paid online. The High Commission does not accept passport payments in person.
