The Canadian Embassy in Warsaw is Canada’s resident diplomatic mission in Poland.

The Embassy of Canada in Warsaw offers three ways to submit a complete passport application.

Apply by mail

Send the completed application, required documents and a copy of the online payment receipt to the Embassy of Canada, Consular – Passport Services, ul. Matejki 1/5, 00-481 Warsaw.

Use the drop-off service

Applications can be placed in a sealed envelope and left at the Security Booth at the Matejki Street entrance Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except on public holidays.

Apply in person

Applicants can book an appointment to present their passport application documents in person at the embassy.

Payment: Passport fees must be paid online. The embassy does not accept cash payments.

Passport return: The new passport and original supporting documents are returned by registered mail to the Polish address provided in the application.
