About the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto

The Philippine Consulate General in Toronto is a career consular mission of the Republic of the Philippines and forms part of the country’s official diplomatic and consular network in Canada.

The Consulate General first opened to the public in Toronto in September 1978 and moved to its current Eglinton Avenue East location in 2014.

Kristine Leilani R. Salle has served as Consul General in Toronto since September 18, 2025.

The mission provides services to Filipino citizens and eligible foreign applicants in its consular district and also supports consular outreach activities in Manitoba and communities across western Ontario.
