About the High Commission of Canada in Nigeria

The Canadian High Commission in Abuja is Canada’s resident diplomatic mission in Nigeria.

Canada and Nigeria established diplomatic relations in 1962. Canada’s High Commission was previously located in Lagos before moving to Abuja in 1997.

The High Commission also provides Canadian consular services for Equatorial Guinea and São Tomé and Príncipe.
