The Consulate General of Uruguay in Toronto is one of Uruguay’s two career consulates general in Canada and forms part of the country’s wider consular network alongside the Embassy and Consular Section in Ottawa and the Consulate General in Montreal.
The Toronto office is headed by Minister Counsellor Leonardo Olivera D’Andrea and provides consular services to Uruguayan citizens and foreign nationals residing within its jurisdiction.
